I must be green, I must be green...

Now I must talk about environment...it's not something I think every day, but I'll see what I do about it.
First, I'm not a green person, I admit it! I prefer use bus or car, I don´t like bikes! xD But it's just because here there aren't  bikeways to ride safely. Cyclists must ride on streets or avenues and that's dangerous for them! Maybe, if there are good bikeways, I'd prefer the bike. MAYBE. I'm not sure of this xD
I'm not care about recycling too or decrease my carbon footprint ( I know that my green classmates will hate me for this), but it's just laziness. Sometimes I think "yeah, I'll separate my garbage and recycle what it's worth, but I never do anything!
When I was a little girl, I wanted to join to Greenpeace, to save whales and shoot at the japanese ships, but when I grew up, I forgot this. I began to worry for other things, and my dream of being the whales's savior collapsed.
I think there are many info about enviromentally practices in TV or internet, but people don't look for how to cooperate. People like me are interested in other things, because the info is there, close at hand!
I really want to change my mindset and thinking about environment, but I always think that I'll begin to do it when I living alone xD
But, I will teach my little sister to be the green that I never was :)

Sci Fi!

I feel excited because my favourite writer is a mixture between terror and sci-fi :)
Howard Phillips Lovecraft (1890-1937)

Since he was a little boy, he showed interested in dark things and mythology, because his childhood wasn't good. He always imagined that he was in other time and other place. And he wrote his first tale when he was just 9 years old! :)
When he grow up, he continued writing tales and poetry. He lived as a hermit and he sent his stories to fantasy's magazines. In 1923 it was his first publication as a professional in the Weird Tales.

His tales are very different from those we know. All terror stories talk about vampires, werewolfs, ghost, but he shows a new universe, full of cosmic entities from hidden profundities of Universe! He created a series of galactic gods, that have existed since before Earth's creation, and they are hidden and asleep, and one day they'll wake up, come back and they'll make their domain on us! >:D
His narrate way is awesome. He describes you in such a way that you can imagine how the protagonists are feeling! Besides, you can feel textures or odors and you really can feel fear for that! It's amazing!

Some of his tales are known as "Cthulhu Mythos" because all are related with the most important god created by Lovecraft, Cthulhu.
"The call of Cthulhu", "Dagon" and "Necronomicon" are some of his tales...I hope you feel interested in read them, because a new world will open before your eyes! *-* 

Exorcising the Fear

Artists that caused a stir in 1950's with their art work, now are showing in Pangollin Galery.

Lynn Chadwick and William Turnbull are some of the artists of this exhibition. Their sculptures (made post Second World War) were described as "geometry of fear", because the forms shows the shock that war caused in artists.
They show strange forms.

This kind of art wasn't appreciated in the 1950's. British Critics didn't understand the groundbreaking of the sculptures, but it was acclaimed by many other countries.

Exhibition's curator, Polly Bielecka, says that exhibition today isn't like before. Now the sculptures evoke vulnerabily, not fear. He says that the artwork be viewed with humor.
Bielecka doesn't agree with major art institutions, that have overlooked these artists, because, he said, they are the link with the minimalist sculpture of 60's.

The exhibition can be seen until March 3.

Drugs and Porno! Oh my God! D:

Sincerely, I'm not a follower of these topics...in fact, I've never seen a porno film and I've only smoked cigarretes! I'm a good girl :) xD

I think that drugs should be legal, so each person could it choose if they want consume or not to. I dislike when other person impose you what to do. Many people say that If drugs were legal, all young going to consume them. And that's not truth! There are many young uninterested in consuming drugs, and I don't think that they would do it if were legal.

Porno it's not important to me. I think that you should get excited in real life with another person, not with a film! Actors and actress are acting! Besides, they are so fake! I've never seen any, but I know that always show men with large and exaggerated proportions...I really think, if I know someone with those proportions, I would be disgusted and scared D:
Child Pornography is a separate issue. Porno is for losers, child pornography is for degenerate people ¬¬ I hate them! They should be incarcerated forever!

Paris, mon amour!

My life's dream has been travel to France. I don't know why.
Since I was a little girl and wanted be painter, I've wanted go there. I didn't know  that France is the most important country in Art History, birthplace of great poets or one of the cities with the most beautiful architecture of all the world. Before to know all this, I wanted to go Paris. And I was very little! I was just 4 years old!
I remember that my father used say me "You must study in the Sorbonne University" , and I always agreed. And I grew up with that idea.
But I didn't know nothing more! I just knew about  Eiffel Tower.
Now I don't know more xD I cannot even speak French! u.u
I just know about french writers, poets and artists :)
I want to travel to France because is my dream and I want to walk where my favourite artists walked.
And I imagine myself with a striped T-shirt, cycling trough Montmartre (although  I don't like cycling xD), stoping in some store and buying a baguette :D
I want to go now! I'd like living there, having my apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower and becaming a great artist!  That is the most that I want in my life :)

Gerard Way ♥

Hi! :)
I'm going to talk about my favourite singer. He is Gerard Way, My Chemical Romance's vocalist, the band who leaded my life during my adolescence xD 

He is 34 years old, was born in April 9th in New Jersey. In 2001  when the World Trade Center attack happened, he decided create MCR, with his brother Mike and friends. Since then, they've edited 4 albums and 2 DVDs. In 2008 they came to Chile :')
Now he´s married  :(  and has a daughter, called Bandit.
I love Gerard because the first time that I saw a MCR's video (I was 13 years old), I was speechless for the band's visual aesthetic. It was all that I looked for!   I identified with them and their songs so much! Gerard's voice captivated me. And so, I fall in love with him xD I was young and he was perfect! He was my dreams's Vampire*-*

Besides, he draws! He studied Illustration and he is who designs album covers :)


And I love his makeover! Redhead, black hair, blonde...he looks so handsome!*-*
I became 15 years old girl again xDDD lol xD
